HOW MUCH DOES ONE ON ONE COACHING COST?
Once you've filled out the client questionnaire, I will email you with a time to schedule a consultation. At that time, we will go over your goals, program description & program pricing.
DO I NEED ANY EXPERIENCE WITH TRAINING OR PROPER NUTRITION?
No! My goal is help any and all people- whether you are a seasoned athlete or have never stepped foot in a gym, whether you have proper nutrition or eat junk food every day. This program is for anybody.
WHEN DO I GET MY PLAN?
When the payment is sent, I will send you a more detailed questionnaire to fill out that will help me customize your plan with specific information about you, the plan is sent & you will be able to start your program
DO YOU PROVIDE MEAL PLANS?
No, I do not provide meal plans. I am not qualified to do that, nor do I want to put that restriction on you. I provide you with a macronutrient and caloric goal with suggestions for choosing quality foods. It is up to you to decide which foods to eat but I will be there to assist you and give recommendations.
WHAT IF I DON'T KNOW HOW TO TRACK MY FOOD, DO I NEED TO COUNT MACROS?
It's totally normal if macros seem like a different language to you! I've been there, we all have and it's actually much simpler than it seems. We will work together to figure out everything you need to know to feel successful. I will provide information about how to accurately track your food as well as my ongoing support with any questions you may have. Within a a couple weeks, you'll know the ins and outs of counting macros.
If counting macros isn't for you, we can try different approaches: intuitive eating, counting calories, and habit-based programming. What works for you and your lifestyle is what we will work with.
WHAT IF I HAVE HEALTH ISSUES THAT PREVENT ME FROM DOING SOME EXERCISES?
You must get clearance from your doctor. If you have clearance from a physician that you are allowed to do some form of exercise, we can work around it and make adjustments. However, I CANNOT work with anyone who is currently/ practicing/ struggling from an eating disorder of any type. I am not qualified to do so.
CAN YOU PROVIDE A PLAN FOR VEGANS OR VEGETARIANS
I AM A WOMAN, WILL I GET BULKY FROM LIFTING?
No! Men have 10 times the amount of testosterone than woman. Unless you are taking testosterone, it is very, very difficult to gain the same amount of muscle as a man.
WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT FROM YOU AS MY ONLINE COACH?
Being in one of my coaching programs means that we will do weekly check-ins via email. You will send me a check-in form that will include your weight, how the week went, strengths, weaknesses, goals achieved, progress pictures, etc. I will respond back with any questions you may have, modifications to the plan (when necessary), and whatever it is that you need from me: grocery suggestions, encouragement, accountability for small goals, and so on.
You also have access to me via text whenever you need some extra motivation, advice, quick questions, or sharing your wins.
In other words, I will be there when you need me-- big or small.
DO I NEED TO HAVE A GYM MEMBERSHIP?
No, you do not need a gym membership to sign up for coaching. I will create a plan that is specific to you and your lifestyle. That may be at-home workouts with no equipment, at-home workouts with minimal equipment, in-gym workouts, or a combination of both if you can only make it to the gym 2 or 3 days a week
