CHALLENGE DAY 1: THE REASON YOU'RE NOT MOTIVATED- Identifying what motivates you

YOUR DAY 1 HOMEWORK:

 

1. Take a moment to dig deep inside of you. List all the fears that are possibly holding you back from truly losing the weight. These fears cloud your judgment.

 

2. Write out all the reasons you want to lose weight & keep it off.

 

3. Write out all the things you could do if you lost the weight.

 

4. Write down all the reasons why you deserve to feel amazing in your body.

CHALLENGE DAY 2: A Workout Routine You Can Actually Stick To

YOUR DAY 2 HOMEWORK:

 

1. Write out how many days a week you workout now to establish a baseline so you can be realistic with the following questions; even if the answer is 0 days.

2. Write out how much time in minutes you can devote to exercise & how many days a week.

3. Write where you’ll workout.

 

4. Take out your favorite way to schedule & decide which days of the week you’ll workout. On those specific days, write out what time you’re working out & what body part you’re focusing on.

2. Have you ever felt like you’re too scared to attempt a program in fear that you’ll just go back to your old ways when it’s over? 

3. Do you have a plan to keep this AMAZING momentum going and avoid falling back into your old eating/ exercise habits?

 

4. Do you have an accountability + support system in place to keep you on track to lose weight and have a successful health journey?
